5. Cat with special needs (high performance coating)
We’ll review about point 1 and 2 only, which relate directly to the finishing house.
CAT WALL
This type of paint to use water as a medium mixing and are usually used for walls, both interior and exterior. From its name, this paint is not coming from the rubber. Components consisted of: resin (material used to coat a dye on the surface), solvent (used to prevent frozen or hardened resin before use to paint), dyes and additives (used to dry the paint).
The advantage of this type of wall paint is easily cleaned with water, the colors are attractive and have good adhesion properties on all surfaces. But the type of wall paint has some limitations such as: can not be applied in conditions below 50 degrees F temperature and the type of paint is easy to freeze.
CAT WOOD / IRON
Cat is commonly known as oil paint which is a simple name of a synthetic resin usually contains plant oils and used as a binder (binder). The advantage of this paint is resistant to mechanical damage such as abrasion. Therefore, the paint timber / iron is suitable for use for the area or surface that its use is very high and frequent cleaning (windows, kitchen cabinets, etc.).
Both types of paint can be combined to obtain a near-perfect results (basic course or the field in good condition). Paint wood / metal paint can be used as a basis for sealing power and good adhesion properties. While for the top coating or top layer, you can use wall paint.
